Advanced: Text Work Monologues & Scenes 4, 7, 11 December

from £85.00

Ready to apply all your hard work to text…

This three-part series will focus on applying the Lucid Body tools of layering complex character, developing high stakes relationship and active space, as well as your physical listening to scripted characters.

We will begin with a full day of character prep into Monologues. [Bookable separately as a stand-alone workshop, this is a great first step into Lucid Body text work.]

We follow with two days of Scene Work in which you will partner with a classmate on a pre-assigned scene.

The classes are purposefully spaced to allow time between each session for work to be done on your scripts. Please make sure that you have time within these dates to do your work at home.

This is an advanced class open to those who have experienced Lucid Body Fundamentals/ Level 1 and 2 or the equivalent Lucid Body courses at drama school.

Dates: 4 December [Monologues]; and, 7 & 11 December [Scene Work]

Times: 10:00 - 17:00 (finish at 16:00 on 4/12 only)

Location: The Cockpit, Gateforth Street, Marylebone, NW8 8EH

Teacher: Raniah Al-Sayed
