Discover the Lucid Body process.
Developed by Fay Simpson (Head of Movement NYU Tisch) and now taught in major cities across the Americas, Europe, Thailand and Australia, this psychophysical acting process is a holistic approach that supports healthy challenge and artistic growth.
The process is a tapestry of influences from around the world that demand an actor listen deeply to self, engage fully in scene partner, hold space in an ensemble and work fluidly with text.
This session is designed to give participants a flavour of what we do as well as an opportunity to meet senior Lucid Body teacher, Raniah Al-Sayed, to ask us questions about the practice.
