The Netherlands: Level 2 Weekend Intensive
A weekend Intensive exploring the layers of character and the dynamics of high stakes relationships.
Led by senior teacher, Raniah Al-Sayed, this Lucid Body Intensive will focus on embedding tools presented in Level 1 and exploring the three layers of complex character. Additionally, we’ll explore relationship, conflict, tactics and impulse.
There will be a rigorous floor warm up, visualisation, solo exploration of movement through the body, character improvs, partner work, group exercises, physical listening, and work to expand our range.
With influences from Carl Jung, Mesiner, Ritual Work, Energy Release, and the Seven Energy Centres (the Chakras) we work holistically to create resilient, responsive, emotionally available, grounded actors.
This class is open to those with Level 1 experience (or its equivalent). If you are unsure of your level, please get in touch.
Dates: 28 FEBRUARY & 1 MARCH 2026
Times: 10h15 - 17h45
Location: Stedelijk Dalton Lyceum, Overkampweg 125, Dordrecht
Teacher: Raniah Al-Sayed
