2 April - 2 May 2018

Lucid Body is a psycho-physical process that explores the eastern philosophy of energy control to aid in self expansion and personal awareness.

This 5 week course will introduce you to the Basic Lucid Body concepts that are fundamental to the efficacy of the work. These videos include at-home meditations with an in depth chakra exploration as well as the unique Lucid Body warm-up, which has only been available in a classroom thus far. Throw down your yoga mat in the privacy of your home, and let us take the reigns.

We recommend purchasing Lucid Body: A Guide for the Physical Actor from Amazon to accompany the course.
