INTRODUCTION TO LUCID BODY
with Raniah Al-Sayed

11 February   10:15 - 17:30

Lucid Body is a physical acting process that also happens to be a journey of self exploration.

We work to connect the physical to the emotional body in order to harness our body's truth.  Through this we are able to create complex, vital characters that live and breathe in the moment.  In rearranging our habitual energy, we can bring new parts of ourselves to play, parts of self that illuminate the character and allow us to respond from a new set of given circumstances.

The work is physically and emotionally challenging but I will never push you and am committed to meeting each student half way.  Wherever you need to stretch and work, I will be there to support you in that.

*This class is open to non-actors who wish to explore the Self in new ways and are willing to play and improvise as well.
