Free Volunteer Sessions
with Kady Duffy, Julio Mascaraque, Margherita Peluso

If you know Lucid Body and you're missing the work or you're really keen to give it a try, we have three free sessions for you this month.  We'll dive right into some advanced work to challenge your impulse, listening and ingrained habits.  


As part of their program all Trainee Teachers must complete observed practical teaching assessments.  You will always be guided safely in and out of exercises and a senior teacher will be present to ensure this.


Class size is limited and we will operate a waiting list where necessary.  Prior Lucid Body experience is helpful but not absolutely essential.


Please check class times and locations for the session you wish to attend as they change each day.  Volunteers may register for multiple classes but you may end up repeating some exercises with different teachers.



** While we no longer require lateral flow tests to be taken before class, we do ask that you think about the community and approach the workshop with thought and care for others. **

RANIAH AL-SAYED is an actor, movement practitioner and intimacy director.  She teaches at The Globe, Italia Conti, Drama Studio London and The Guildhall School of Music and Drama.  She has been running Lucid Body London since 2013 and is thrilled to be part of a growing community of Lucid actors in the U.K.


Kady Duffy, Julio Mascaraque and Margherita Peluso are part of the new generation of Lucid Body teachers around the world.  They live and work in France, Spain and Italy respectively.  Kady is a recent directing graduate of Dublin Trinity; Julio is an actor working regularly on screen; Margherita is a theatre practitioner and actor in Italy with a specialism in Comedia masks.  All three artists are completing their Lucid Body Teacher Training program and will shortly be fully qualified teachers offering courses and workshops around Europe.
